Planned as the perfect entry to homeownership for first time buyers, Branford Village succeeded in it’s design with an overwhelming number of homes purchased by young families as their first home. 62-single family homes were available in 3-bedroom with a loft or a full 4-bedrooms styles with: 9-foot ceilings, granite slab kitchen counters, upstairs laundry room, and tile flooring in both the master and secondary bathrooms. Community features included a pool, playground, sport court, and clubhouse.
River Road Village
River Road Village is a single family residential development comprised of 47 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom homes. Located in Corona, each home came with a host of FREE features such as Frigidaire appliances, landscaped private yards, and window coverings. The rest of the individual home and community features that Montage Development was able to incorporate into River Road Village were so numerous that the development was known for it’s “resort style living”.
Townhomes all about living the fun, casual Central Coast lifestyle. Featuring spacious floor plans and designer selected interiors in every home as well as beautiful community amenities such as the landscaped paseos, creekside paths and covered outdoor fireside lounge seating.
It’s own little “bedroom community” of just 20 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom homes, the community was planned and priced to appeal to workers in the surrounding areas. In fact, with the right set of circumstances, purchasing a home at Reservoir Village was cheaper than the cost of renting. All the homes were built to Montage’s exacting standards with great amenities like front and rear yard landscaping, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and custom paint and window treatments.
Once proclaimed as the “Happiest Place to Live in America” by Oprah Winfrey, San Luis Obispo is known for many things, including great weather, a fantastic, casual lifestyle and a diverse population that includes students from Cal Poly SLO, professionals working outside of Silicon Valley and retirees. Fortunately, The Villas at Laurel Creek had something to appeal to every group: 2- and 3-bedroom homes perfectly appointed and priced right enough to make Laurel Creek a boon to the community.
Laurel Village is one of Montage Developments larger home communities. Located in Arleta and consisting of 69 4-bedroom and 5-bedroom, 2.5 bath units, the homes at Laurel Village were available in two models each with three different styles. Each unit was filled with popular amenities like granite kitchen counters, tile flooring, recessed lighting, stainless steel appliances, and much more. The community areas include a large swimming pool, spa, and recreation area.
Homes like Herrick Village in Sylmar are almost impossible to find in the area and not easy to afford. Herrick Village changed all that. 11 single family residences offered buyers the unique opportunity of owning a spacious home with up to 2,500 square feet and large, private yards as expansive as 55’ deep. One of Montage’s smaller developments, Sylmar Village III, was a neighborhood of just six, 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom single-family homes. All residences were built with upgraded features like granite slab counters, tankless water heaters and landscaped front & rear yards and were priced affordably for the area. As if all of that weren’t enough, Sylmar III buyers received another incredible advantage; Montage paid the closing costs on their loans. Needless to say the six homes sold very, very quickly.
Canoga Park, CA
A small community of just 14 homes, the residences came available in four different styles as either 3-bedroom with office/den or 4-bedrooms, each with 2.5 bathrooms, and 2-car garages. The key to the success was all the additional features that came with each home: the MontageGreen™ advantage, a host of new features designed to make homes healthier and with lower utility bills. The Courtyard at Ventura Canyon is a 50-unit, multi-story apartment building located in Panorama City and built with a particular appeal to employees working at the nearby Kaiser Permanente Hospital. These two and three bedroom apartments featured up to 1,500 square feet, quartz kitchen counters, stainless steel appliances, granite bathroom counters, a washer and dryer and private balcony in every unit, secured intercom entry, underground parking and huge, lush outdoor courtyard with fountains.
